knew him to be. That said, he's clearly gone into a decline.
Like many aging people, he likely has full use of his faculties (evidenced by the recent press conference following the NATO summit), but he increasingly has bad days.
I can see him aging now. He IS different. I could also see his stiff gait last night when he came out to greet staff. Aging is NOT for the weak of heart.
I do think it's funny that Flump is claiming, oh yeah, we thought it would happen. Nah, that might've been a scenario that was discussed, but a plan was never prepared, that's clear. LOL.
They underestimated him and MadamVP, that's for sure.
