I like Biden and think he has been very effective. His list of accomplishments is indeed impressive. But his ability to act in the past is not necessarily predictive of what he is capable of going forward. He is old and weak, and it shows. And more importantly, election-wise, that is how most people perceive him.
As for the polls, yes, they are that bad and they’re getting worse. I don’t know how he can say that with a straight face.
