If they don't have the money to pay--the court can seize assets, including bank accounts, 401k, etc. They can also order the selling off of assets. Rudy has a net worth of approximately $50 million. I'm sure he also has insurance. He could also be ordered to pay them via a payment plan ($5000 a month).
I think he should be thrown into jail but we all know that's not how this works when you are rich, powerful and no offense to any of my SZ family--White.
The thing to remember here is this doesn't just go away. The judgement remains active, so it impacts any of his future earnings/windfalls.
