That rumor that Ric has a blood disease? Ava i believe once was diagnosed years ago with leukemia, no? I'm wondering if he has had a similar diagnosis and he's asking her for a connection to a doctor as a favor since he never said anything after he was held hostage. And that's why he keeps saying this needs to remain a secret. He doesn't want anyone to find out.

Although I think Silas treated her leukemia in secret. And he's dead...
