And man....Jordan's face is really messed up. The makeup team needs to win an Emmy for it. I don't recall ever seeing anything like it. I mean, not even Ava's face was this bad--close though.
My gut tells me that Ethan is Phoebe's father. Otherwise, what is the point? She's not his sister. I suppose there is the possibility he was helping her escape dangerous people and that's why they were meeting in Port Charles. So perhaps, he's not the pappy but I think he is. We shall see.
