she didn't see the other car continued to crash. She also admitted that she kept going because she wanted to catch Gio accompanying what's her name on the guitar. She also admitted she'd had a drink before she got in the car, but that doesn't mean she was drunk.

Curtis can wish that the other driver had noticed the accident and came back to help get Jordan out of the car - but he can also wish that they'd waited until they parked the car to kiss. Doesn't change anything.
