I don't think it's a slam dunk but it comes down to how far from the guardrail BLQ hit did Jurtis crash. If BLQ had stopped then perhaps she would have seen the other car had crashed. She didn't stop. She kept going. I think she is the red herring here. It will turn out to be the kissing cousins or Isaiah. Pretty sure Charlotte's car is black in this clip [link]
