he needs to do more than be Sidwell's son and Lucas' snugglebunny. One HUGE mistake they made was start out making Marcus a liar -- he took the job with Alexis promising he wasn't involved in his father's dirty dealings ... and even worse, WE NEVER SEE HIM PRACTICING LAW WITH ALEXIS!!!! It was a dialog job not a storyline one.
New characters need to be given secondary relationships (friends) not just a love interest.
I'm fine with Marco leaving and I'm fine with Marco staying. But if he's going to stay the writers need to give him scenes that show more layers.
