"I'm not going to try to ruin my son's relationship, I like it when he's happy" and the utter confusion on Carly's face. 🤣🤣🤣 She truly can't fathom not sticking your nose into something or just being happy for another person if they are happy. Now, I don't actually believe Sidwell. I'm sure he is scheming or likes the idea of having Carly's brother close but her reaction sent me over.
So I have theories on the whole Marco of it all. I think they wanted him to be a good person and Mucas to be some star-crossed lovers caught up in the mob war, blah, blah, blah. But he's BORING. And he and Lucas are about as exciting as watching CSPAN. They tried to dirty him up a bit with the mob stuff but it's also not working, he's still dull, only now he's dull and annoying.
His mess of a mother did nothing for the storyline either. She was wretched and homophobic and everyone insta-hated her. So no one is going to care about his whole vendetta on her behalf. I really hope this character is shipped off when his contract is up (it was only for a year if I recall).
