Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. The shooter was receiving the call. Kai assumed it was Drew's phone ringing--apparently, it was the shooter's. And more proof this was amateur hour. A pro would have silenced their phone or left it in the car. Why risk a call when you are trying to be stealth? He might have turned around and saw the shooter!

I still don't hate Monica for this!
