I don't know if I buy Ric's argument, Rocco was not part of this latest rescue effort. Unless you mean Gio can't do anything right with his family, not legally.
Gio just seems to go along with every hare-brained scheme Emma cooks up. Lets have Rocco steal the key fob, okay. Lets break into the lab and rescue animals, okay.
People can fault Dante all they want and he has done plenty wrong in handling the Gio situation. But Gio hasn't exactly demonstrated sound judgment so far. His first instinct when Emma mentioned Rocco should have been a firm NO and tell Rocco's parents. If he doesn't want to talk to Dante, fine, go and tell Lulu.
