I still think Willow because it's not like Scout broke into Liz's house to plant evidence. A nice twist would be that Willow either witnessed or came across Scout after she did the deed and has been protecting her.

I saw some theories that Monica's will is fake and Ronnie is secretly working with Drew. She will turnover the house to him and he will kick everyone out. Personally, I do not believe it. Alexis is Monica's lawyer. Wouldn't Monica need to have her final wishes typed up? Wills normally require a witness don't they? Those two things say to me that the will is legit. Otherwise, Alexis and the witness would cry foul. I think it comes down to Monica could not decide on which Q to leave it to and she wanted to give this lavish gift to the sister that she was separated from and lived a modest life.
