He's also his lawyer and moved here to be near him...and?! Only your children are allowed to live near their father? What about your son Mikey helping pops cover up the murder of an FBI agent? The same rules don't apply to Snarly, Phony Soprano, and their crew.

Once again, if I were Lucas--I'd throw down a gauntlet. I will not attend any family functions where either Sonny or Jason will be present. I wouldn't want either of them in my presence. And I'd move out of my sister's house IMMEDIATELY!
