At this point, would Drew kidnap Daisy to force Michael into shared custody?

I am really surprised that Drew didn't leverage the fact that Curtis leaked fake numbers, which tanked the stock, thus allowing Michael to buy it up and wrench Aurora from Drew. All of that was illegal and would get Michael and Curtis into trouble with the SEC.
