I get why Gio wasn't in the episode as he got the hell out of dodge--but to allow Lois and BLQ to exit stage left as well, killed the momentum. The fallout was both inadequate and incomplete. The magnitude of this should have been like the Wiley reveal. All the impacted players in one place and the bulk of it gets hashed out. At the very least either Lois or BLQ should have remained to answer the things Chase could not answer. A BLQ/Dante conversation where she confirms for him she had his child. They argue. He yells at her. She storms off. Instead, we got Cody spilling his guts to his BFF? No. Just no. The fallout will continue for weeks but now I fear it will be a bunch of isolated conversations. I would give anything for Gio, Dante or Tracy to call a family meeting and then questions can be asked and explanations can be given.
I agree the pacing of this was off so badly. Honestly, I rather they had focused on the fallout of the Gio first before the return of Momma’s Boy Michael lame butt returned. I rather we had seen Lois, Gio, BLQ, Ned, and others in this story. I agree it lost some momentum. Honestly, the only part I liked was the moments between Ned and Chase. Hopefully next week will be more focused on the Gio stuff.
Tracy/Jason scenes make me 🥱. Let me get this straight. She doesn't call a lawyer. She doesn't call Ned. She doesn't call Stella. Yes. I believe Stella would have done it-after she laughed her ass off. Nah. She calls Super Jase to bail her out.
I have to be honest, I’m so over Tracy right now. I agree I find her and Jason boring. A lot of it is because I can’t stand Jason. For whatever reason I have found Tracy’s return just not good for me. I agree why didn’t she call her son, Ned instead? It should have been him. That lack of Ned and Tracy has irked me for awhile now. I wish I could enjoy Tracy again, but I fear the writing for won’t allow me to do that.
And I hate Jason so much. honestly, I didn’t care for himcoming back to live with The Q’s. I’m so over Jason.
Welcome Rory. Michael Corinthos got an upgrade.🔥 I read that Rory was placed on a 3 year contract. Good for him. That being said, even that reveal was fumbled. Michael walks into the room and his family stands there stunned as if he were Morgan returning from the dead 🤣 These hacks writers could have had Michael...Shake his father's hand. Sonny says welcome home son. And then he turns and says: Hi mom. Carly hugs him and then he gives Joss a kiss on the cheek and then walks out with Wiley.
I wish I could enjoy Michael, but honestly, I will never like this character at all; no matter who plays him. Not looking forward to the Michael show and his annoying family - Carly, Sonny, Jason, Willow, and Drewfus, and Joss, and his annoying kids. His return could have waited til the stupid custody trial was going to take place. Oh well…
BTW, Monday's show is a rerun.
