Elizabeth is the head nurse at GH. It seems BH has rarely been one to make any special requests (not that I know that for sure), so I'm wondering why she would be requesting something like this. Her character would be one that makes sense to be at the NB even it is just to speak briefly. Elizabeth has a broken leg. She could have made an appearance in a wheelchair.
