Now that I know what you were alluding to--yes, of course Rocco is to blame as no one put a gun to his head to make him go to the party or to drink. And I stated he needs to be punished an chewed out. Doesn't that indicate I think he is to blame?
There is plenty of blame to go around:
Danny: Suggested the party. Suggested that they lie about their age. Suggested that they drink.
Rocco: He went. He drank.
Gio: He's the adult here. He absolutely should have called Dante or Lulu vs trying to cover it up to spare Rocco from getting into trouble. As I mentioned before, Cody doesn't notice the labored breathing and Rocco ends up in a coma or dead. That's why Gio deserves Dante's ire. He used poor judgment.
