You'd think after a couple of deaths and near misses, the hospital would have a policy to make it harder for someone to slip into a hospital room and give a patient a lethal injection!!!!!
Apparently at General Hospital as long as you are dressed like a doctor or nurse you have full access to patients.
It is too soon after the Cyrus poisoning to do this again. One has to be a good sport when it comes to soaps given the sheer number of episodes, but so soon after the Cyrus injection murders/murder attempts to have another is just plain sloppy.
