It would be appropriate for her to tell Michael she's sorry she hurt him but still cares for him but they can talk about things when he's better, Right now she wanted to see how he was doing and let him know how the kids are and what they are doing (and maybe bring some pictures they drew).
Speaking of Drew, that topic should be avoided. But while Willow TALKS about how she cares about Michael and how he's doing, all I've see is happy Willow showing her love for Drew and it's only when Carly and others yell at her about Michael that she SAYS she still cares about him but immediately switches to her life with Drew who is now raising Michael's kids.
