My question for you or anyone here. I'm lost as to why Diane said Krustina would be charged with three counts of attempted murder: Ric & Elizabeth is accurate, but she said Ava as well. Um, how? It wasn't Ava's car. That made zero sense to me.
Her attempt was to kill Ava, so I guess they could say that's attempted murder count 1. But if that's the case, if Liz and Ric died wouldn't that be involuntary manslaughter 2x? Since she wasn't intending to kill them? I'm not sure, but certainly it wouldn't be the same charge on all three that's for sure. Just guessing here though
