Willow is the mother. I don't think she needs his permission. When Michael comes home, he can throw a hissy fit (rightfully so) but as for the rest of them--they have zero say in what Willow does here. It's not like she is moving them into a crack house. 😅

As the mother, she has say over her children--unless Michael hops on the phone with Diane to get a temporary order. As you stated, Michael is able to communicate.
