You took the man's company. There is no reason to be snide, jeer or throw shade every time you see him. Drew is a jerk but Curtis is a pompous, blowhard ass. Kai is 21 years old aka a grown ass man. Let that grown ass man make the finance decision about his life.

What exactly is Drew supposed to be doing to Kai? Curtis is overstepping. He needs to STFU and run the company he stole via insider trading.
