And then in 2024 Dante/BLQ/Cody started talking about summer camp and how much BLQ used to give them a hard time etc because she was a camp counselor and then a few weeks later Cody mentioned the fact that BLQ and Dante hooked up once. That was the biggest anvil. Now unless they suddenly say she slept with both boys (doubtful) she got pregnant by Dante. Told Lois she wanted to give it up for adoption. I truly believe that Lois secretly gave the baby to their cousin so that she could see her grandchild grow up.

ETA: Your main question. Nope. When BLQ appeared as a teen there was no Dante yet. They grew up in the same neighborhood and Carly paid BLQ to sleep with Dante to break up him and Lulu. She either drugged him or got him drunk but Lulu came home and caught her before sex happened. This idea that they hooked up as teenagers is both a recent and first-time revelation.
