he was the one who chose to stay away because "protecting Carly" meant more to him than being there for his children. He left Sam to raise Danny all alone and Dante stepped up to be there for both of them. But, yeah, Jason is on hand at the time of her death. Ugh. Hate it.
What becomes of Sam's kids is what annoys me the most. They should not be separated but you know Drew will take Scout and who knows where Danny will land. Alexis or stay with Dante. He better not end up with Jason cause that would suck.
