He is no better than Sonny because he is abusing his position. I would have no problem with Jagger taking down Sonny for his criminal behavior. But Jagger is taking the easy way out, making others suffer and totally going against procedures due to his personal vendetta against Sonny.
Again, catch Sonny for something he is doing and I'd say "go for it." (though the show would never allow that to happen). But he is breaking the law and abusing his FBI oath and not caring who gets hurt in the crossfire to make it easier to get Sonny.
A big thumbs up to Taggert and anyone who goes after Sonny legally. This two bit twit who has no regard for the law or who else he hurts along the way to getting at Sonny just seems like Sonny lite.
