This is absurd! Not even Alexis or Sonny asked her. Where are the cops? Why haven't their come to take her statement? I get waiting after her meds wear off but don't police normally like to get the details while it's fresh in the victim's mind?!
Repeat time. I HATE this story. Looking at the pictures is just absurd. Who the hell pushes someone by draping their hand over their shoulder, onto their back? It looks like she is about to pull her closer. Pushing/shoving would mean Ava's hands would be in an entirely different position that a camera would be blind to as Kristina's back is to the window. So I guess Sonny and Jason just sent the pics to Michael? Look at what that bitch did to your sister!!!
The fact that her back is to the window goes against Ava. She stated two things.....that Kristina lunged at her, which she didn't and if that were the case she would have lunged away from the window. And Ava also stated she never laid a hand on Kristina, and we all know that's a lie. Ava lied so many times in her story that she made things far worse for herself.
Kristina's back being to the window has no relevance on if she lunged or not. But we know she did not. Ava lying means she has something to hide but doesn't mean she shoved a pregnant woman out the window.
Lastly, we were just told during Carly's arraignment about chain of custody. The original recording of Cujo stating she was running The Corinthos organization disappeared. John was asked if he had a copy and he said yes, but the judge will never allow it because the chain of custody was broken. That would be true for the pictures as well. Everyone has seen the pictures that have been forwarded digitally. Scott should be able to get Ava released on bail fairly easily--especially if the police do not have the camera used to take the pictures. It is the only way to guarantee they are authentic and not doctored. Yet still in jail she sits. Carly's arraignment was the next morning. She spent mere hours in jail. It's been about 48 hours. Ava should have had an arraignment by now.
