24hrs. Tbh, I think it's only been a couple hours since the incident happened. And of all of Ava's lies, the one that will bite her in the ass is the one where she stated Kristina lunged at her. If Brick was taking photos it'll show Kristina with her back to the window and tripping backwards right after Ava grabbed/touched her arm.

Also, Trina already contradicted Ava when she said Ava closed the curtains after Kristina fell.
