I know Sonny is hugely popular, but I do believe that popularity is waning. Michael is standing there so I could see him saying he didn't see anything, but as an officer of the court--Molly will have to tell the truth about the assault. I wonder if Molly contacts Ric and that's why he returns to PC.
At the end, you can see that someone is spying on Ava thru the window. It looks like that is Krissy in her room and Ava is holding a laptop. I wonder if her hook-up with John gets captured. If Scotty calls John for the custody trial--the photos will probably be used to show a conflict of interest. Here's hoping Ava is smart enough to close the drapes before doing the deed!
