Yup. He starts his new job at the Metro Court today and somehow ends up in the pool (I think). Hence the reason he's all wet in this spoiler pic. Probably courtesy of Joss. I believe she was apologizing to someone in the preview.

It's interesting though. He's on contract but I haven't seen him in the opening credits yet. Maybe today he will make his debut.
