a complete mess. I am willing to give them about 90 days to find their groove.
What I like:
~The dialogue is much better.
~The pace is better.
~The character interaction.
~Drew & Nina are unexpected and I don't hate them.
~Jason isn't eating the show.
~Surprises - Valentin running Pikeman and messing with Sonny's meds.
What I don't like:
~Carly's 180 regarding John. It came out of nowhere.
~Ava's motivation eclipsing her intelligence. After what happened with Morgan, I just refuse to believe she would withhold info and just watch Sonny spiral. She has gone on and on about regretting messing with Morgan's meds. So this is nonsensical.
~Carly taking the hotel back because Jason bought it for her. But remember, she was way too prideful to accept the same offer from Drew or Michael? Make it make sense. If I were Michael, I'd be pissed. I'm not good enough as your son but Jason is? And this notion that it would not have happened if Jason wasn't dead is absurd.
~Lucy's sudden vanity that matters more than promoting Deception products. GMAFB! You can't write Lucy giving speeches and fighting Tracy and BLQ for a company she built from the ground up and also relinquished her 1% ELQ stock for be second to her ego. That's just insulting to viewers and a disservice to the character. Lucy has always breathed, eaten and slept Deception for nearly three decades.
~How heavy-handed people turning against Sonny has been. It would make way more sense if this happened due to his behavior becoming more and more erratic.
~No Ms. Wu. They are wasting her talent.
~Heather killed 6 people and now they are saying cobalt poisoning made her do it. Meh!
~Lois is still here. I cannot stand that busy body.
~Michael no Drew have apologized to Ned. Drew especially for assaulting him.
~Anna going to Jason for help with Valentin/Pikeman. I get the latter but needing his assessment on if Valentin was lying made me roll my eyes.
~Korte should have been fired as well. I think she is part of the problem.
