A conflict exists when the parties’ interests are at odds. In this case, all the parties’ interests are aligned. Owners, shareholders and employees all benefit if one of them promotes their products successfully. That’s their shared goal. If their promotion fails, they all lose. There’s no potential conflict among any of these folks.
