Michael's intent should not be easily forgotten and he gets ZERO points for calling it off. It went as far as the evidence being created. This wasn't a few days or few weeks. Dex was a mole for months. And let's not pretend like we don't know the biggest hurt here. That candlelight, chicken parmesan dinner is now forever tainted. He praised that man's cooking! That meant something to Sonny.
