Ava. Kristina. Dante. My money is on Ava. I think the writers are doing a good job with keeping the audience guessing if she is on the level or not. Good writing there and good acting from MW. I've mentioned before that Ava has in fact caught feelings for Sonny. It's genuine. I think her getting the pills analyzed is her way of seeing if her theory is correct before even saying anything.
This will go one of two ways. She will tell Sonny her findings and show him the results from the lab or she will take the results to Dante. He is a detective after all. He has resources and it's also Sonny's son. Kristina has the pregnancy and Blaze/Natalia drama. But she is a possibility as well.
I do still feel like Ava might be blamed initially but if she presents her proof--will go a long way. People will give her the side eye for taking Sonny's bipolar meds. Even if blamed, it won't be long before she clears her name. I love this unexpected twist of her being the heroine in this instance. Sonny/Ava are endgame here. Having them get together will cause a ripple effect of drama: Nina, Carly, Kristina. If Ava confesses all to Sonny, it will be the final thing to cement their new found bond and illustrate how deeply he can trust her.
The honorable mention is Jason. Sure. Sonny is pissed at him and says he's done with him. But Jason won't stand by and just watch him spiral if he can help it. On some level, Jason has to understand that Sonny's mistrust is well-founded seeing as how he is being so cryptic and downright vague about his 2 year absence.
