I too, was surprised that the ladies didn't pushback but they are not really in a position to do so. Sasha abruptly quit and they are in desperate need of a new Face of Deception. That gives Blaze and Natalia majority of the leverage.

And remember. Lucy had already pitched the idea of having two models--which honestly, I was really surprised about that. I think it would make way more sense to have a White, Black, Hispanic and/or Asian model as the FaceS of Deception--thus highlighting diversity.
