Care and the show is general hospital not general mobster. Once Patrick left so did hospital stories. Yet we get mob stories on end and they aren’t even compelling or interesting. Maybe that will change with the new writers but that pikeman story was a flop. Sonny still doesn’t know that Dex was an opp and why. Boring,
