robert agreed to not to take esme to trial because trina got joss/cam to agree to drop the case for now because she had no memories and the jury would most likely not want to convict a young mother with amenesia.

so wouldn't the jury still feel empathy for a young mother who got her memories back and had a child stolen from her by the man that held her hostage for months and this is 2nd child was stolen from her by the same family.
