Have turned them in. She turned them in out of spite and revenge. And she's brought up the fact that they actually committed the crime several times, I don't think it's been lost on anyone.

She snitched on them for her own personal gain and in the process, her target (Carly) didn't see the inside of a jail cell.

Not only that, by turning in Carly in it put Sonny in the feds crosshairs. Which of course she never thought of. I swear there are times she forgets what he does for a living.
