Whatever backlash she gets for this won't last long anyway. I'm not even convinced Sonny will leave her for good. I also think that Michael doing what he did and not telling him, ae with Ned and Olivia etc....will deflect some blame from her to a degree. She won't pay much beyond the initial crap.
