She wasn't manipulating him, but let's not put all the blame on her. I do agree that this Esme is extremely boring, but I never liked her to begin with so it doesn't really matter to me. I think Laura is always willing to think someone can change, add her grandson into the mix and her behavior doesn't surprise me. Hell, Laura seems almost willing to believe Cyrus may have changed.

Has Esme changed? Yes, imo she has.....but will it last, I doubt it.
