Going to Charlotte alone to convince her that she(Anna) is innocent reeks of self pity and lack of awareness. First of Charlotte isa minor and is scared of Anna. On top of that, Anna disregarded medical advice and approached her. I have every sympathy for her and I think Valentin ic scum for keeping the secret. But Anna should have known better. Appeasing her own conscience doesn't come before Charlotte's well-being.
