able to broker a multi-million deal. I mean, I guess maybe since the deal was already in place. Mikey said he negotiated even better terms. But still. How? Valentin running around thinking about everything but ELQ and Ned was Eddie--there is still a chain of command of someone within ELQ that would be in charge.
