Y&R won an Artisan Award for best daytime drama make-up at the 2016 MUAHS Guild Awards. The make-up team consisted of Patricia Denney, Kathy Jones, and Marlene Mason. MUAHS stands for Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild, aka the Local 706 labor union. The Awards happened on Feb. 20 in Hollywood.
A. Martinez’s (ex-Roy, GH; ex-Cruz, SB) daughter Devon joins the show as a young pregnant woman named Shawn Taylor. Shawn seeks adoptive parents for her baby-to-be. This is Devon’s first daytime role. She starts on March 1.
Chris McKenna (ex-Det. Mark Harding) moves over to B&B as a doctor for the March 3 show. He’ll deal with Katie.
