News for the week of 22-Dec-2014
Last Friday’s episode will air on Monday, December 22, because of the President’s preemption, pushing everything back a day. On Christmas Eve, GH will get to show a new episode instead of a rerun.
Kudos to GH for donating toys to the Toys for Tots on December 17. Executive producer Frank Valentini and his cast gave the donations to the marines at the L.A. studio in the middle of the soap’s holiday party. On-screen December 18, Elizabeth was shown donating a toy too as a part of a campaign to make this worthy cause more public. Child actor Nicolas Bechtel (Spencer), nine, personally withdrew $112 from his piggy bank to buy toys for the cause. Check out the Good Morning America segment.
Casting’s looking for another young, white actress to play a charming beauty, for a February shoot. It’s a contract role.
