Personally, it varies for me, depending on a number of things. I sleep in the nude plenty of times. But sometimes I’ll sleep in a pair of undies and a tank top. Other times, I’ll sleep in a fleece top, and fleece socks but no undies. I never sleep in a nightgown. They get too twisty. Pjs and nightgowns are mostly loungewear for me, not sleepwear.
