she's lucky she got to audition in the first place tbh

Andre's mother died in the plane crash like his father did(which is how he went to live with Ted/Nicole to begin with).

However I do think she would be great on the show but at the same time she did sue CBS I would be surprised if she would ever be allowed to return.
